The operating current of deep sleep mode is as low as 0.25mA which makes the Discovery Series displays more suitable for battery-powered projects.

NX3224F028 2.8 Discovery Series HMI Resistive Touch Display Module offers a high-performance MCU, TTL serial connectivity, and GUI development via drag-and-drop components with ASCII text-based coding. Nextion is a Human Machine Interface (HMI) solution combining an onboard processor and memory touch display with Nextion Editor software for HMI GUI project development.
